Shipping policy

  1. Shipping by the following carrier:  Mt. Abu Rasshala ships by Shree Maruti Courier and Registered Postal Parcel Service for MARS products.
  2. Time of Delivery:  We ship within 3 to 5 working days of the paid order.
  3. Tracking of Shipment:  We provide  tracking details of shipment. 
  4. Invoicing:  A GST tax invoice is included in each shipment.
  5. Non Delivery:  If a parcel has not reached after 10 days of being dispatched we will follow up accordingly.   
  6. We use the services provided by Shree Maruti Courier to dispatch all our retail orders. The shipping rates are Rs. 70/kg for Rajasthan and Gujarat, and Rs. 130/kg for the rest of the country.
  7. Chyavanprash and Dhatri Rasayana are sold only as 1kg packs and are packaged in glass bottles. These items weigh over 1kg, so they will be shipped under the 2kg slot.
  8. Our oils will be shipped in packages of three bottles with packaging, which will weigh 1kg. Other items, such as powders and goli, will be shipped in packages of four bottles with packaging, which will also weigh 1kg.
  9. Single bottles, excluding Dhatri Rasayana and Chyavanprash, will be shipped under the 1 kg category, as our courier company works in 1 kg slots per parcel.
  10. We do not accept returns, but we will replace any items that are damaged during shipping.
  11. Orders will be dispatched only after receiving full payment for the order.
  12. For larger orders, we can dispatch via TCI (transport) for orders upwards of 25-30kg. Shipping charges will be accordingly conveyed to you to be included in the final payment.
