Each 1 gm.  Amalaki contains:

  • Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica) 1000 mg

Indications

As a powerful antioxidant and tonic, Amalaki strengthens digestion, relieves constipation, and improves assimilation of iron in the body. It contains high percentage of natural Vitamin C. Regular use of Amalaki helps in reducing cholesterol developed by stress or due to environmental pollution. It is a cardio tonic, antiviral, and expectorant herb, which also combats hyper acidity. It significantly delays the aging process hence highly praised as “Rasayana - universal rejuvenative” herb.

2-3 gms. twice a day with water or honey
