Each 1 gm.  Ashwagandha  contains:

  • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) 1000 mg

Indications

It is a wide-range adaptogen that counteracts anxiety and stress, debility of age, calms the mind, and increases vitality, energy, stamina, and endurance. It is beneficial in mal development conditions especially among children. It helps in blood problems and reduces inflammatory arthritic and rheumatic conditions. It is particularly useful for alleviating health issues associated with old age like senile dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and promotes longevity.

Dosage  and method of administration

1-2 gm. twice a day with water or milk
