  • Darusita (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) 20 mg
  • Jaiphal (Myristica fragrans) 20 mg
  • Javitri (Myristica fragrans) 20 mg
  • Pippali (Piper longum) 20 mg
  • Tikhshanagandha (Elettaria cardamomum) 20 mg
  • Nagkeshar (Mesua ferrea) 20 mg
  • Talispatra (Abies webbiana) 20 mg
  • Karpoor (Cinnamomum camphora) 20 mg
  • Ankol (Alangium salvifolium) 20 mg
  • Kusht (Saussurea lappa) 20 mg
  • Vanslochan (Bambusa arundinacea) 20 mg
  • Kesar (Crocus sativus) 0.02 mg

Indications

Kamalbindu is a brain tonic of the highest order. It
strengthens the functions of mental faculties. It improves and nourishes subtle energy channels, enhances ability to concentrate, and improves memory
retention. It has a cooling and tonic effect on the ophthalmic nerves and improves eyesight.\ 

Contraindications

Pitta prakriti persons and young woman should start with much a smaller dose of 1-2 drops to understand
how Kamalbindu suits their Ushna (hot) nature. Use of spicy, oily, and tamasic food should be restricted or avoided.

 
Dosage and method of administration

For Adults: - 1 to 7 drops in sweet milk or kheer or honey once a day in the morning on empty stomach. Start from one drop a day and increase it to seven drops and then from seven drops decrease it to one. Take one day gap after this course. Take a gap of 15 days after subsequent three courses. A diet of milk, ghee, honey, dry fruits and nuts, wheat, moong, and brown rice is recommended.

For Children 12 yrs-18 yrs: - 2-3 drops in milk as above.

For Younger Children: - Not Advisable

Most Suitable in winter or colder climate and during
the monsoon.

More suitable for persons with kapha and  vata prakriti.
