Each 1 gm.  Shatavari  contains:

  • Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) 1000mg

Indications

Shatavari imparts the attributes of youth and beauty in females of all ages. Shatavari acts as a tonic, especially rejuvenating plasma (rasa) and muscle tissues, and as a revitaliser, anti-aging supplement. Shatavari increases the quality and quantity of breast milk in nursing mothers. It is useful in all kinds of anaemia, mood swings, weakness, and aging debilities. It works well in menstrual ailments due to uterine under-development. (See leaflet inside for details.)

Dosage and method of administration

2-5 gms. twice a day with milk
